Occams Advisory, a global consulting firm focused on middle-market growth, has officially added Bitcoin to its treasury strategy. The firm acquired 10 BTC for approximately $1.03 million, with an average price of $102,995 per coin. Occams completed the purchase via 21 Million Inc., a Canadian entity focused on Bitcoin accumulation and strategic investment.
The company plans to double its Bitcoin holdings by the end of Q3 2025. It aims to hold 20 BTC through a measured dollar-cost averaging approach. Moreover, it highlights the company’s sustained commitment to preserving capital over time.
Treasury Allocation and Long-Term Vision
Bitcoin now represents 5% of Occams’ free cash flow from the past two years. This allocation reflects a deliberate balance between capital efficiency and asset durability. Occams has confirmed it will hold its BTC indefinitely. To further secure the assets, the company uses an institutional-grade custody solution developed with Onramp. Additionally, the setup includes a multi-jurisdictional and multi-institutional structure, ensuring safety and compliance at scale.
Mukarram Dhorajiwala, Chief Innovation Officer at Occams Advisory, said the move aligns their balance sheet with a “thermodynamically rooted and sound monetary standard.” He added that Bitcoin allows the firm to protect purchasing power while encouraging others to follow suit.
Ecosystem Commitment and Client Enablement
Occams is not stopping at treasury allocation. The firm is actively backing Bitcoin-native software and ESG-integrated mining operations. These investments support broader ecosystem development and responsible network expansion.
Additionally, the company is leveraging its expertise to help other middle-market firms explore Bitcoin integration. Through education, training, and advisory services, Occams aims to demystify BTC for business leaders.
