SoFi delivered record second-quarter 2026 earnings, driven by strong growth in revenue, lending volumes, customer acquisition and product usage as the fintech company expanded both its consumer and enterprise offerings, according to a Wednesday statement.

The company reported $1.2 billion in total net revenue, up 43% from a year earlier, while net income rose 61% to exceed $156 million. Adjusted EBITDA approached $358 million, up 44%, with diluted earnings per share increasing to $0.12.

“Despite continued market uncertainty, our business model continues to prove its durability,” SoFi CEO Anthony Noto stated.

“For the first time, we added twice as many products as members, a major milestone that underscores the trust members place in SoFi and the power of our ‘everything app’. Products like SoFi Plus and SoFi Coach are deepening member relationships and increasing lifetime value, while continued innovation across our consumer and enterprise platforms is expanding the value we deliver to members and clients,” he noted.

Membership grew 35% year-over-year to 15.8 million, supported by 1.1 million new members added during the quarter. Total products climbed 42% to about 24 million, including a record 2.2 million new product additions, while products per member reached a record high and cross-selling continued to accelerate.

Lending remained a major growth driver, with record quarterly originations totaling $14.8 billion across personal, student and home loans. Deposits rose to $45.5 billion, strengthening the company’s funding base and lowering financing costs.

The company also reported continued strength across spending, investing and financial services products.

SoFi grows crypto business with SoFiUSD and enterprise platform

SoFi reported continued growth across its crypto business in the second quarter, with SoFi Crypto exceeding 388,000 products as digital asset adoption expanded on the platform.

The company rolled out SoFiUSD, enabling users to buy, sell, hold and convert the stablecoin directly through the SoFi app. It also began using SoFiUSD to settle transactions within its trading business during the quarter.

SoFi also launched Big Business Banking, a regulated platform that combines fiat and crypto banking services for institutional and enterprise clients. Early participants include Mastercard, Cumberland, Bullish, BitGo, B2C2, Fireblocks, Wintermute, Galaxy, Jupiter, and Mesh Payments.

The company further integrated Big Business Banking with the SoFi Exchange Network, allowing enterprise customers to send and receive payments in real time on a 24/7 basis.
