$700 Million in Ethereum (ETH) Bridged to Robinhood Chain as Activity Jumps 150%

Robinhood Chain has continued to gain traction, consistently hitting major levels in key onchain metrics as the blockchain continues to see rapid adoption.

While momentum on the Robinhood Chain is still building, the latest data from Token Terminal shows a significant surge in Ethereum activity on the network.

Over $700 million of $ETH bridged

Amid its consistently rising onchain activity, the layer-2 network has drawn attention after a sharp spike in bridge deposits between itself and the Ethereum network.

Notably, the data shows that bridge deposits on Robinhood Chain have surged massively from previous levels, with the total now surpassing $700 million in September.

Following this record volume in $ETH bridged deposits on the network, the amount of $ETH bridged from Ethereum to Robinhood Chain has surged by around 150% over the last month.

While this means that users are moving significantly more $ETH tokens onto Robinhood Chain, it signals a sharp rise in cross-chain activity on the layer-2 network amid consistently growing interest in the fast-expanding ecosystem.

Robinhood Chain remains in spotlight

With over $700 million worth of Ethereum’s native tokens now bridged from Ethereum’s mainnet to Robinhood Chain, it appears that the demand for moving assets from Ethereum to Robinhood Chain has increased significantly over the last month.

This rapid increase appears to have been driven by the bullish August momentum during which Robinhood Chain hit record levels in other crucial onchain metrics.

Nonetheless, the surge in $ETH bridging activity on the chain positions it for increased liquidity, especially for its decentralized applications.
