New Cardano Fundamentals course goes live on Binance Academy
Binance Academy has partnered with the Cardano Foundation to launch a new online course titled Cardano Fundamentals, as per details shared with Finbold on September 25.
The three-hour program, available for free on the Binance Academy platform, aims to broaden access to blockchain education and provide learners with an introduction to Cardano’s (ADA) ecosystem.
Blockchain education for beginners and advanced learners
The course, delivered through the Cardano Academy, covers Cardano’s origins, its Ouroboros proof-of-stake protocol, staking mechanisms, the extended UTXO model, and features such as native assets, NFTs, governance, interoperability, and scalability. It also explores use cases across decentralized finance, gaming, and supply chain management.
Structured as a series of video modules supported by case studies and expert commentary, the course is designed to help participants understand Cardano’s research-driven development and its role as what proponents describe as a third-generation blockchain.

The Cardano Fundamentals course is currently available in English and is part of Binance Academy’s broader educational push, which includes outreach programs, partnerships, and multilingual content reaching learners in over 30 languages.
