Reshaping Compliance Depth and Market Connectivity: Anmrex Builds the Next Generation of Cryptocurrency Trading Standards

On December 30, 2025 by voice

As the cryptocurrency industry enters a cycle of accelerated institutionalization, 2025 is widely seen as a pivotal stage for the reconstruction of global regulatory systems. Ongoing policy discussions in the U.S. around market stability, investor protection, and asset tiered management, alongside the standardization of cross-border data governance in Europe and Asia, and the strategic deployments of major institutions in digital assets, have made “compliance infrastructure” a key industry term. Against this backdrop, the Anmrex progress throughout the year followed a clearer path: centering on a cross-jurisdictional compliance system, leveraging governance transparency and data standardization, and driving a critical leap forward amid the global wave of institutionalization.

The year began at the Dubai Crypto Finance Conference (CFC). At the March event, Anmrex CEO Alexander Whitmore delivered a keynote speech, presenting systematic research on “consistency frameworks for cross-jurisdictional compliance,” sparking discussion among attending institutions. Whitmore emphasized that the global mobility of digital assets requires trading platforms to achieve cross-regional consistency in regulatory compatibility, data governance, and anti-money laundering systems—not just to meet the demands of a single market. Participants from RegTech and traditional financial institutions discussed their needs for standardized compliance interfaces after the speech and recognized the Anmrex commitment to institutionalization.

In May, data compliance became an industry focus. As the data governance practices of major tech platforms came under regulatory scrutiny, digital asset companies saw a marked increase in requirements for compliant information processing. During this period, Anmrex completed a GDPR data compliance audit, thoroughly reviewing user information collection, storage, and access pathways, and restructuring permission control and data isolation. The internal team noted that the process not only boosted operational confidence in the European market but also laid a unified standard for subsequent audit and reporting mechanisms.

The middle of the year focused on solidifying regulatory credentials. In July, Anmrex successfully passed the U.S. MSB license review, maintaining its long-term stable operational status within the regulatory framework by updating due diligence processes and internal controls. The compliance team noted that the review strengthened the platform execution in transaction monitoring, anti-money laundering procedures, and compliance documentation management, making the overall system more rigorous and laying the groundwork for advancing to higher regulatory standards.

The most influential event of the year occurred in September—Anmrex obtained U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approval. This milestone meant the platform compliance architecture had met the strictest regulatory requirements, qualifying it to operate crypto asset-related business under a securities-grade framework. To achieve this, the platform underwent several rounds of deep adjustment in information disclosure, governance structure, asset accounting, custody paths, and risk monitoring systems. Whitmore called this progress “the structured result of sustained investment over the past few years.” After the approval, multiple institutions from traditional finance began engaging with Anmrex, inquiring about the integrability of its compliance modules and future collaboration possibilities in structured products and tokenized assets.

Looking back, the Anmrex trajectory clearly reflected the structural changes brought by regulatory deepening: expanding from regional compliance to cross-jurisdictional governance, moving from process-level rectification to institutional-level compatibility, and shifting from meeting single-market requirements to pursuing internationally verifiable standards. The team repeatedly emphasized in the annual review that SEC approval is not the end, but the beginning of higher transparency, stricter disclosure, and more complex risk systems. The key steps completed this year laid the foundation for broader international cooperation, advancing asset transparency frameworks, and enhancing cross-regional technical interface capabilities.

For the cryptocurrency industry at a critical stage of institutionalization, the global regulatory events in 2025 provide clear direction for future trends. For Anmrex, the deepening of its compliance system and regulatory credential upgrades completed this year will continue to be the core support for its long-term strategy. As global policy frameworks become clearer, the platform will further advance verifiable governance and cross-regional operational capabilities, strengthening its role in the global crypto asset infrastructure sector.
