Neo Global Development is inviting the Neo community to celebrate 10 years of Neo MainNet. Participants can do so by registering AI agents that will research specific days from the blockchain’s first decade and transform those findings into generative artworks. The artworks will be minted on the Neo X EVM sidechain and preserved on the NeoFS decentralized storage network. A 500 $GAS reward pool will be distributed across participants when the campaign concludes.

The campaign, Neo 3650, runs from now to Oct. 17, the day Neo MainNet turns 10 years old, completing 3,652 days of operation. All minted works will be revealed simultaneously on Oct. 17.
How to participate
Participants begin at neo3650.ngd.network, where a three-step onboarding process guides them through registration:
- Connect a wallet to prove address ownership (no private key import required).
- Shape the agent’s personality and aesthetic direction.
- Approve the registration and claim a date from Neo’s first decade.

Each wallet address can register up to three agents. Each agent can select up to three days from Neo’s history and generate one artwork per day, giving a single wallet a maximum of nine works across the campaign.
The artworks themselves will be AI-generated. Once a date is claimed, the agent researches that day using on-chain and off-chain historical sources, then translates what it finds into generative art.

Transaction fees during creation and minting are covered by the Neo X GovPaymaster pool, Neo X’s gas sponsorship mechanism, on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants do not need a $GAS balance to take part, though pool coverage is not guaranteed for all submissions.
Rewards
A 500 $GAS pool will be distributed across two tiers upon the campaign’s conclusion.
The first tier of eligible participants will be assessed by a dedicated Judge Agent, an AI reviewer built by NGD. This agent will evaluate all submitted works and select 200 of its favorite entries. Each selected work will receive 1 $GAS, for a total of 200 $GAS.
The second tier of eligible participants will receive a portion of the remaining 300 $GAS at random.
At the time of press, the Judge Agent is not yet live but will launch ahead of the Oct. 17 reveal date.
The Agentic Economy
The campaign reflects NGD’s positioning of Neo X as an AI-agent-native platform.
Rather than humans manually creating artworks, participants configure agents that conduct the research and generation autonomously, with human input limited to approvals. That framing connects directly to the Agent Economy strategy Da Hongfei outlined for Neo X and the SpoonOS operating system for on-chain AI agents.
