The cryptocurrency market has left behind a week in the green for Bitcoin and altcoins in general.
However, the new week will play host to one of the most critical weeks of the year. The interest rate decision, to be announced on Wednesday, will be particularly closely watched.

Monday, September 15th
- ZKC – Binance will list Boundless (ZKC).
- The SEC Crypto Task Force, chaired by Commissioner Hester Peirce, will hold a national roundtable in Chicago on September 15 and specifically invite small, early-stage crypto projects.
Tuesday, September 16
- FF – The subscription period for the Falcon FF token sale on Buidlpad will run from 15:00 on September 16, 2025 to 14:59 on September 20, 2025.
- ZetaChain will undergo a UNISON upgrade, including increased speed and greater compatibility with Ethereum.
- South Korea will lift restrictions on virtual asset trading and brokerage, allowing crypto companies to apply for venture capital certificates.
Wednesday, September 17
- Binance will delist BAKE, HIFI, and SLF.
- Binance will support the rebranding of Maker (MKR) to Sky (SKY). This process includes a token swap and revaluation.
- 12:00 – Eurozone Consumer Price Index (CPI) Annual (Expected: 2.1%, Previous: 2.1%)
- 9:00 PM – The FED will announce its interest rate decision. (Expectation is for a 25 basis point cut.)
- 21:00 – FOMC statement will be released.
- 21:30 – FED Chairman Jerome Powell will hold a press conference after the interest rate decision.
Thursday, September 18th
- MKR – MKR holders must upgrade their tokens to SKY by September 18, 2025. After this date, penalties will apply for delayed upgrades.
- DOGE – REX-Osprey Dogecoin ETF is expected to be listed on September 18.
- 3:30 PM – US Initial Jobless Claims (Expected: 245K, Previous: 263K)
Friday, September 19th
- WLFI – The WLFI will complete a vote on the protocol’s proposal to use all liquidity fees for buyback and disposal.
- 06:00 – The Bank of Japan will announce its interest rate decision. (The expectation is that interest rates will remain unchanged.)
Saturday, September 20
- XRPL Hackathon Seoul 2025 will be held on September 20 in Seoul.
