DigitalX Limited, an Australian-based digital asset investment firm, announced the purchase of an additional 57.5% of Bitcoin as part of its Bitcoin-focused treasury strategy. The company completed the purchase at an average price of $118,275.
DigitalX Continues Bitcoin Purchases: 167 BTC in July, Exceeding $78 Million

This latest acquisition was funded by a reallocation from the company’s existing digital asset portfolio, further demonstrating DigitalX’s commitment to a “Bitcoin-first” strategy.
Following the strategic investment decision announced on July 8, 2025, the company’s BTC holdings increased by 166.8 BTC, representing a 64.8% growth per Bitcoin shareholding. This increase reinforces the company’s goal of providing institutional-level Bitcoin exposure to its shareholders.
DigitalX CEO made the following statement:
